A LITTLE HELP CHOOSING
GOOD TO KNOW.
How do I join rewards?
Join Lookumates using our Become a Lookumate link. Already a member? Check your Rewards.
Can I buy or check a gift card here?
Yes. Tap Buy now above to choose a digital or physical card in our Voucher Connect store, or Check balance to see what is left. Please don’t send your full code to anyone by email.
Where can I spend a gift card?
In store at Lookumades Canterbury. Show the card or email, or tell the team the code.
The gift card hasn’t arrived. What now?
Ask them to check their spam or promotions folder first. If it’s still missing, email support@lookumades.uk with the details from your receipt and we’ll help.
Can I order a treat straight away?
Yes. Explore our current menu and order through Order Online, or arrange delivery through Deliveroo. Ask the team about rewards eligibility before ordering.
